Because it pleased not one, but two picky eaters in this house, and one of them doesn’t even like eggs! Both HATE mushrooms and are not that keen on onions and yet when they tried my cheese omelette containing these flavourful ingredients they not only had seconds but they had thirds, and asked for more the next day! Sorry for more puns but I really think I’ve cracked it! LOL Honestly, I was so happy I couldn’t believe it when I heard all the “yummy” noises they were making, I was so proud, and that’s no yolk! Ok, ok, I will stop with these puns and omelette you go now! *cough* LOL… I’ll see myself out.
